Our Policies


HADDONFIELD INN POLICIES

GENERAL: All reservations are subject to review. Our Check In is between 3:00 PM and 5:30 PM. Check Out is 11:00 AM. We also accommodate later arrivals with prior consent of the Innkeeper. Reservations are subject to New Jersey Sales Tax and Lodging Taxes.

NO SMOKING PROPERTY: NO open flames, smoking or vaping permitted in guest rooms or Inn under any circumstances. (i.e. No candles, incense, matches, or lighters). Due to fire safety restrictions, smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas by parking area tables at back of the inn. Please fully extinguish cigarettes in ash trays.

CHILDREN: Children are welcome in our Monaco Mini-Suite.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A deposit equal to the cost of one night per room is required to secure a reservation. A $50 re-booking fee will be charged on ALL cancellations & changes. The deposit, less the $50 re-booking fee, will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled 14 or more days prior to the arrival date. If cancelled within 14 days of your arrival date, the entire deposit is retained.

HOLIDAY/ HIGH SEASON CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations for stays from November 21 through 26 and December 21 through January 3, and other select dates/occasions (e.g. Valentine's Day) are non-refundable. If the reservation is cancelled for any reason, the entire deposit is retained.

CORPORATE RATES: Special rates may be available. If you wish to reserve a Corporate rate, please write "Corporate" in the notes section of your online reservation, or contact us directly.

AUTO-COLLECT
A deposit for the first night's stay is collected at the time of purchase. Payment for retail items and gift certificates is collected at the time of purchase.

CHILDREN & PETS
Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Pets are welcome. (In our Monaco mini- suite). Haddonfield Inn is a pet friendly B&B. We gladly welcome any well-trained dog to travel along with their owners. We do ask for those traveling with dogs to follow these guidelines: Dogs are welcome in the Monaco Mini-Suite, Rose and Bud Room, and Safari Room. Additional fees apply. You must have your dog on a leash and under your control at all times. Please do not allow your dog to run freely. We prefer that you take your dog with you when you are away from the Inn. If you must leave your dog for short periods in your room, please crate your dog. In consideration of our other guests, please only bring dogs who are relatively quiet. An innkeeper will gladly get you something suitable to help with muddy paws. Please be considerate of the Inn furnishings. Dogs are not permitted on bedding or furniture. $25 Dog Fee per night. Additional cleaning fees may be applied in exceptional circumstances. We hope your and your pet’s stay at our Bed and Breakfast is most enjoyable. We will gladly accommodate you in any way possible. NO CATS PLEASE... We love our pets, but unfortunately are unable to accept cats.
