Our Policies


HADDONFIELD INN POLICIES

GENERAL: All reservation requests are subject to review. Credit card on file required to secure reservation request. Check-in: Between 3:00 PM and 5:30 PM. Earlier Check-in may be available at additional cost with advance notice. We also accommodate later arrivals with prior consent of the Innkeeper. Check out: 11:00 AM. Reservations are subject to New Jersey Sales and Lodging Taxes.

NO SMOKING PROPERTY: NO open flames, smoking or vaping permitted in guest rooms or Inn under any circumstances. (i.e. No candles, incense, matches, or lighters). Due to fire safety restrictions, smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas by parking area tables at back of the inn. Please fully extinguish cigarettes in ash trays.

CANCELLATION POLICY: In light of recent travel changes, we are currently offering a more flexible cancellation policy of 72 hours notice prior to your arrival date for any new reservations booked starting May 1, 2020.

HOLIDAY SEASON CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations for stays from November 21 through 26 and December 21 through January 1, and other select dates/occasions (e.g. Valentine's Day) are non-refundable. If the reservation is cancelled for any reason, the entire deposit is retained.

CHILDREN'S POLICY:Only one our rooms (Monaco) is child-friendly. If you accidentally book a room other than Monaco, and arrive at the inn with a child, and Monaco is unavailable, we will do our best to help you find alternate accommodations at another hotel in the area. No exceptions to this policy due to the design of our inn and in consideration of our other guests.

PET POLICY:Haddonfield Inn is dog friendly in our first floor rooms: Monaco, Rose & Bud and Safari only. (Additional fees apply.) Please see our Dog Friendly Page for additional guidelines and info.

ADDITIONAL BREAKFAST GUESTS: Inn guests may request an additional guest (2 maximum) to join them for Breakfast (additional charge), as space may allow with Innkeeper's approval and 72 hours advance notice.

PET POLICY:
Haddonfield Inn is dog friendly in our first floor rooms: Monaco, Rose & Bud and Safari only. (Additional fees apply.) We gladly welcome any well-trained dog to travel along with their owners. We ask for those traveling with dogs to follow these guidelines: You must have your dog on a leash and under your control at all times. Please do not allow your dog to run freely. We prefer that you take your dog with you when you are away from the Inn. If you must leave your dog for short periods in your room, please crate your dog. In consideration of our other guests, please only bring dogs who are relatively quiet. An innkeeper will gladly get you something suitable to help with muddy paws. Please be considerate of the Inn furnishings. Dogs are not permitted on bedding or furniture. $25 Dog Fee per night. Additional cleaning fees may be applied in exceptional circumstances. We hope you and your pet’s stay at our Bed and Breakfast are most enjoyable. We will gladly accommodate you in any way possible. NO CATS PLEASE... We love our pets, but unfortunately, are unable to accept cats.

AUTO-COLLECT
A 0 percent deposit is collected at the time of purchase. Payment for retail items and gift certificates is collected at the time of purchase.
