TESTIMONIALS

“Warm, Cozy & Romantic Getaway”

Helen McCarthy

A friend and I were looking for a close, yet different getaway for a little holiday spirit and shopping. This choice turned out to be perfect. It was drizzly all day which was great for a day of romance and rest in a beautifully decorated suite which was both clean and lovely. Later in the day when the weather cleared, we went to a lovely dinner at the Little Tuna, upon the recommendation of the Inn Keeper, which was by far the best meal we've had in many many years. The atmosphere was fair, simply because we had no reservation, we had to sit upstairs, however, the downstairs main dining area was absolutely beautiful. The service and the meal made up for what lacked in ambiance.
The shops downtown provided all of the festivities and charm of the holidays.
I would highly recommend this wonderful Inn to anyone looking for a little tranquility and romance.

“Great Experience”

Mr. & Mrs. James Cornejo

Seasons Greetings!

We just spent our 10th Wedding Anniversary at the Haddonfield Inn (without the kids) and had a great experience staying at this delightful inn. Karin, our hostess, was very pleasant and accommodating. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner’s mother-in-law that told us she and her late husband made it to their 70th wedding anniversary before he passed!

The inn is conveniently situated in near the center of this small historic town. The town was out of a postcard perfect and has nice shopping. The city itself is close to Philadelphia, (15 minutes away) so, if you want the hustle and bustle of a big city during the day, but peace and quite at night, Haddonfield is perfect.

One of the best parts of the Haddonfield Inn was in the DETAILS. The towels and robes felt perfect, the bed and the sheets were heavenly, the whirlpool was enormous, and the fireplace was such a treat to have December. Even the complimentary soaps and lotion were perfect. By the way, we stayed in the Safari Room.

I never knew that "dry" towns existed, but Haddonfield proofed they do (alcohol is not sold in this town). I'm not much of a drinker so it didn't matter to me, but those who like a drink or two at night, the Inn had a complimentary bar with wine and sherry.

I strongly recommend this inn for a quite and relaxing get-away and look forward to visiting again with the kids next time.

“A very comfortable stay at the Haddonfield Inn”

Mrs. Nora Reilly

My 2 children (ages 7 & 9) and I spent an evening in the Monaco Suite. Upon arrival, I was impressed with a friendly and helpful staff. The room was lovely and perfect for traveling with children. It had a separate entrance (as well as an interior door into the lobby.) I was able to put the children to bed and close my door to a seperate bedroom. The rooms share a lovely gas fireplace. The sheets on the bed were the most comfortable I've ever experienced. I was tempted to purchase a set, as I noticed they were available for purchase. Our breakfast was wonderful; fresh fruit, warm muffins, a spinach and tomato strata, bacon, and home fried potatoes. The lobby offered a nice variety of snacks throughout the day, comparable to a concierge floor at a Ritz Carlton! My daughter forgot her wallet in the room, and the manager promptly called us so we were able to retrieve it before leaving Haddonfield. We look forward to returning to the Inn this spring or summer.
