Haddonfield, in addition to being a very beautiful town, is very conveniently located. We are about 8 miles from downtown Philadelphia and 10 miles from the Philadelphia airport. We consider ourselves to be a Philadelphia bed and breakfast: We are actually closer to the airport and stadiums (e.g. the site of The Republican Presidential Convention) than center city Philadelphia locations. Many of our visitors find that they do not need a car. From and to the airport, the Rapid Rover provides inexpensive, door-to-door service. (Just go to Ground Transportation; no reservations required, runs 24 hours per day approximately every 15 minutes.) There are also connections at the airport and 30th Street Train station that will connect you to the PATCO High Speed Line. PATCO service runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and costs under $2 per trip. The Haddonfield station is a short walk from the Inn and there is also free parking available at the station. The PATCO Line goes to center city Philadelphia with connections to stadiums in Philadelphia. It also goes to South Jersey to connect to trains to Atlantic City - directly to the casinos.
